   Prayer Email archive:
        (01/18/2000) God as our burden-bearer

Hallelujah prayer partners,

1. Prayer update:
Wazza has just emailed me. His sister inlaw needs
prayer. She had surgery and the doctor cut the blood
flow to her L calf muscle. It is now dying, and
because she is having to compensate with the other
leg, it now is having problems. Doctors are concerned
that she will be an invalid and in a wheel
chair in a short time. She is in a lot of pain as
well.

He has not posted this as a prayer request on the site
yet, so we shall pray for him offline. Thanks. If he
posts this online, the link will be on the next prayer
update.

2. Continue to pray for others, especially lift Gail
up. She is having her back operation on the 20th which
is pretty soon.

3. Notes on prayer
[1 Peter 5:7]
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

When we pray for others, it is easy to carry the
burden with us throughout the day. We need to
remember that God is our care/burden-bearer. We lift
the prayer request up to God and God is the One who
will take care of it. Do not carry the burden with u,
lift it up to God.

in Christ,
