Father, I lift this friendship up to You. Let both be willing to restore the relationship, and find opportunities to reconcile with each other that they may be on speaking terms again.

Lord, it is hard to forgive, yet that's what all of us need to do constantly - to seek forgiveness and to forgive others (as You have forgiven us). Help this guest's friend to do so, and to know that You have our good in mind when You ask us to forgive. Bring this friend to know You. Even as this guest feels the hurts, heal those hurts, Lord. Holy Spirit, You are our Comforter. Let Your soothing balm ease the pain of this guest, as we learn to trust You in this matter.
