Lord, I lift up this family before you. Lord, You have said in Your words that You will provide a way out of every trial and temptation. Direct this lady and her children to this way out, O Lord.

Be with Courtney, Jacob and Savanna as they are in therapy. Give the therapist, teacher the wisdom to know how to earn their trust, so that the children can open up to them as well, and find healing. Heal them, Lord. If it be in Your will, that her husband be removed from the family so that the abuse can stop, Lord, guide everyone involved.

Grant sleep to this lady, and give her Your peace. Send the Holy Spirit to be her Comforter, and help her not to worry. Only You can help her overcome.

Give this lady Your double dose of strength, too, Lord.

"The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.
He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies." [Ps 18:2,3]

Father, we claim Your promise, and continue to trust in You.
