Matthew 16:27

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.
In 1 Corinthians 7:14, the word "holy" is like a black dot on a white sheet of paper. We get drawn to it in that verse. The real focus should be on "sanctified" at the beginning. Both parts of that verse are saying the same thing but one is for the spouse and the other for children. Sanctified just means to be set aside for special use. A child that has a saved parent is better off than a child without one. It's like the child has an inside track to get the goods. The child isn't saved but they are in a good position to be saved because they have an example of Jesus right in the home. Not everyone has that. No one is saved because of someone else's status. Remember, even Mary had to go to the upper room. Jesus didn't bend the rules even for His own mother.
