How are infants saved?


I read Psalm 51:5 and I am aware of man's sinful nature. It says that "Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceieved me." So we are born into sin. When I bring this to people's attention they ask me about infants. I can't imagine that all infants which die are lost, so how is it that they are saved? Is there a verse which tells us? Please help me find it.
