        Faith-Seed Principle - is it Biblical?
 
There are many preachers today that have joined the bandwagon of belief that was at first spoken by Oral Roberts many years ago. It is the principle that if you sow a financial "seed" into a ministry you will reap a harvest of prosperity from God (ie. you will be freed from debt, you will have divine health, your family will get saved, etc. etc.) Is it Bibilical, can it be supported by scriptures?

<> Jesus, in the verse before this, was speaking harshly about not judging others, so it seems a bit strange to place giving money into this verse as what is "given". It is more likely that Jesus meant "Give evil to others, and they shall do the same to you. Give blessings to others and it shall be returned to you in the same measure.
