Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 

I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

I will shout aloud rave or boast in what God has done in the church or amoung famiy or whereever people are gathered together,I will tell his wonderful deeds to all who will listen and so Praise the lord with my testimony

In the Hebrew dictionary the word Praise in this verse means to rave, shout or boast.To boast in the things that God has done, to shout it aloud how wonderful his works are.As we boast in our children when we are proud of their achievments;How much more should we boast or Praise the mighty deeds of the Lord.
