  General Questions:
        Verse on female angels?

In the Catholic and perhaps Protestant Bible there is a verse in the Old Testament refering to one or two female angels.
Would you know the passage?
Thanks.

Be careful what you read into the text... the bible in Zach refers to them as two female spirits, not exactly angels... in Hebr it talks about Jesus being BEGOTTEN by GOD THE FATHER

I looked at the verses and in the Old Testiment it really doesn't qualify the two flying spirits as angels (although it doesn't say they are not...) and in Hebrews it is talking about the fact that Jesus is begotten by the Father God not created like adam or an angel... be carefull what you read into the text...

And I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; and they had wings like the wings of a stork; and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heavens.

however, i would like to add that angels are spirits and may appear in many forms. i don't think that they are male/female.

[Hebrews 1:7a]
And of the angels he saith, who maketh his angels spirits,
