The church is the bride of Christ. He is coming for a spotless bride so it will be a church of perfection. All the bride's parts will be working properly together as a whole to be presented to the Lamb of God when he takes her home to be with Him. So it leaves the question...is the church ready? 

On the subject of readiness, it is required of each individual movement, church and person to judge himself.
But you weren't really asking for an answer, were you? You were asking us to listen and ask ourselves, and motivate ourselves to work in God's will.
Nevertheless, the Second Coming will not come until All has had a chance to hear to Gospel. There are still places on this world where political powers and governments disallow that. Until those barriers are broken, we do not face the Second Coming just yet. 

John 21:17
He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

(I'm not sure what is the answer to this question, but one of the things that we know God wants us to do is to feed the sheep. Is the church ready? Is the sheep grounded in the Word or grounded in the world?)
