How do you get babtised in the holy spirt with the evidence of speaking in tongu


I became a christian a while back and I want to take my life to a new level, prase god and pray in other tongues. I know that this will bring my life of devotion to a new because the bible says so. I am just not sure how to be batised in the holy spirit.
