Ok, who's got a good answer for this one? My kids ask me this all the time and I don't know what to say...Where did dinosaurs come from and why arent they in the Bible>>>ANYONE????

in genesis it talks about great creatures which swam, and then in Leviticus, it talks very specifically about two or three others. hopefully that will help you

Dinosaurs could have been part of a earlier creation found in a gap between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. Some believe that the world was without form and void because of a judgement that occured at an earlier time when Satan fell. This is called the "gap" theory. It looks upon Genesis 1 as the recreation of the world after the rebellion of Satan and the judgement of the first world.

[Job 40:15-21] describes a creature called as the behemoth which some bible commentaries called the hippopotamus. However, the description provided by Job for this creature does not fit that of a hippopotamus whose tail is not like a cedar, etc.
