Hi there, little Jack looks like he might have meningitis, and today some time the are going to do a lumber tap, ie, take fluid from the spine, very dangerous for a little fellow his size,. they are trying to determine what type it is, whether it is bacterial or viral.

A good point to pass on, he is putting on weight, birth weight of 750 pms, now 1050 grams.

Graceful Father,
Hear our prayers O God; give ear to the words of our mouth. We ask that little Jack be made whole in Jesus's name. Lord, thank You for giving us this opportunity to pray for him. We ask that he'll be given a chance to grow up and experience your loving touch. Thank You Lord for making us worthy to be able to pray for Jack. In Jesus's name, Amen.

wazza just emailed me an update on Jack:

Little Jack has had a couple of major setbacks.
His infections have gotten worse, and they now have found out that he has "golden staff". He has had to be put onto the respirators to help him breathe. He has an inflammed throat where the tubes are going down his throat. If the v/v in his heart does not close in the next couple of days, they will have to open up his heart and stitch it close as the blood is bypassing his lungs. His lungs are now filling up with liquid and need to be sucked out every hour, until his blood flows through them.

hi all, little Jack's infections have settled down and are stable at the moment. Because of the drugs being used, a v/v in his heart has reopened, and the blood is not flowing through the lungs. docs have asked for a miracle for the v/v to close so that they will not have to operate. 

Hi all, little Jack had a close shave over the last 3 days. His infections are starting to decrease, Praise God. 

1111 updated me on information on Jack.

Jack is only 27 weeks old since conception, 3 weeks old since birth.

Dear Father, may this family feel Your love surrounding them. May they feel your presence ever near. May they wait for you, Lord. May they put their hope in Your word. For those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. Thank you, Father. 

Father in heaven,

Protect this little one under the shadows of Your wings. Send Your angels to guard over him and let Your healing flow all over him. Heal Jack of all these infections that he has. In the name of Jesus, we command every infection and every infirmity to leave his body right now. We thank You for Your healing anointing over Jack right now. Protect him and cover him with Your blood Jesus. And cause the family and the child to draw closer to You.

In Jesus' Name, I pray, Amen 

Lord,
just as the Good Shepherd cared for the weak and struggling lamb, take this precious child Jack into your loving care. Grant strength and relief to Jack's family.

We know that You cause all things to work together for good to those who love You.... to those who are called according to your purpose.

Blessed are you Lord, the Father of mercy and the God of all comfort. You comfort us in all our affliction so that we may be able to comfort those too who are afflicted.

And I pray that You will be at home in their hearts, living within them as they trust in You. May this family know Your marvelous love. May they feel and understand as all of Your children should, just how ong, how wide, how deep and how high Your love really is.
