FATHER AND DAUGHTER NEEDS RELATIONSHIP RESTORED


HELLO, I AM REQUESTING PRAYER FOR ME AND MY FATHER. IN JANUARY 1998, MY MOTHER OF 72 YEARS OLD PASSED AWAY. MY MOTHER WAS A WONDERFUL LADY FULL OF COMPASSION AND KINDNESS, SHE WAS A CHRISTIAN MOTHER OF 8 CHILDREN. MY FATHER AND HER WERE MARRIED FOR 56 YEARS. AFTER MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY- I FULFILLED HER WISH, SHE DESIRED THAT I LOOK AFTER MY FATHER WHO IS 81, SO I GAVE UP MY HOME, AND ME AND MY CHILDREN MOVED IN WITH MY FATHER. HE WELCOMED US WITH OPEN ARMS, HOWEVER IT WAS ONLY 2-3 MONTHS AFTER MY MOTHER'S DEATH, MY FATHER BECAME VERY VERBAL AND MENTALLY ABUSIVE TO MY CHILDREN. UP UNTIL THIS DAY, HE IS STILL VERBALLY ABUSING ME AND MY CHILDREN. I PRAY ALL THE TIME THAT GOD WILL CHANGE IS HEART AND MIND. I AM STILL WAITING ON THE LORD TO FIX THIS SITUATION. AS I THINK ABOUT LEAVING FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF ME AND MY CHILDREN MY HEART ACHES WITH PAIN, I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE HOWEVER, THE VERBAL ABUSE IS TOO MUCH FOR ME TO BEAR. I NEED PRAYER SO THAT GOD MAY REVEAL HIS WILL FOR ME IN THIS SITUATION. ALSO FOR GOD TO RESTORE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ME AND MY FATHER, SO IT MAY EDIFY GOD. PLEASE PRAY THAT GOD WILL GIVE MY FATHER STRENGTH TO ENDURE THIS LOSS, AND PEACE IN HIS MIND. I AM EMOTIONALLY DISTRAUT, I TOO NEED PRAYER. EVEN THOUGH MY FATHER IS 82 YEARS, THERE IS NOTHING TOO HARD FOR GOD!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!

Lord I pray you give this guest wisdom. Lord you know her intentions were good, but give her wisdom on what to do next that will benefit her, her children and ultimately your will. Then we pray for her father Lord, make his heart right with you and call him to peace. In Jesus name, Amen. Larry

Dear guest, It is not easy for three generations to live to-gether under one roof. Your dad probably thinks he needs peace and quite, your children have a need for play. I tried it with grown up children and I failed. I will pray for you now. Lord I bring this situation to you and pray for wisdom and understanding for all involved. I pray Lord that your love would permeate that home and that it would be a refuge and a peace for many. Lord, I pray that this father, would find peace also. No doubt, he is still grief stricken, but Father, I pray that you would show him your love and the love of his daughter and children. Give him a thankful heart.
