Iwas the exact same way when i was her age i did not believe in god at all. i thought that if there was god why would he allow such bad things to happen to me. i didn't understand what was going on in my life but now i know for a fact that there was always someone praying that god would reveal himself to me and that happened. i would use the electricity example- we all believe in electricity but we have never seen electricity, we all know it's there because we see it's effects, it's the same with god, just because we can't see him doesn't mean he's not there. it's the same with the wind i have never seen the wind just the effects of the wind(Billy Graham said that). i wil personally prayer that god reveals himself to your daughter but just let her know it may not be the huge sign she is looking for. when god revealed himself to me it was trough the love of other people, he didn't come down and appear to me and say "i am here, now follow me and never doubt." it just didn't happen like that. also let her know it's okay to question god; david questioned god and the bible says he was a man after god's own heart. i apologize for my rambling but if there is any thing i can do to help let me know. let your daughter read psalm 13 to show her that even the heroes of the bible questioned god. once again i will pray for you and your daughter. god bless!
