"This sickness is not unto death but that the Son of God may be glorified thereby"[John 11:4]
I thought for the longest that I had to be locked down by sickness and have to just accept the fact that I have a disease and live with it. But Jesus "took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses"[Matthew 8:17] and with that knowledge I can "cast my cares upon him, for he cares for me"[1 Peter 5:7]. Now there are consequences to certain lifestyles but still God does give strength in his word and is faithful and just. I will be in prayer for his strength to be renewed and that he will mount up with wings as of an eagle.
