I have encountered the same thing for two years and just beginning to understand what it is that Ive been going through. the spirit of FEAR!! and with fear comes torment, panic, stress, worry and depression which are all "homeboys" that hang out with fear. But fear is the strong man and you must attack him. First by admitting that you are afraid and then trusting in God to heal you from it and then Using God's Word against fear. Find scriptures that pertain to fear in the bible and meditate on those scriptures and use them against fear. Also pray that God will reveal the specific type of fear that is trying to attack you. Just know that this trial is for the uplifting of the saints and for the word of the testimony. His word says that this sickness is not unto death but that the Son of God may be glorified through it and we overcome the devil by the blood of the lamb and by the word of the testimony. Perfect love cast out fear so in the name of Jesus I speak his PERFECT LOVE into your being right now. I bind that spirit of fear and cast him out and speak PEACE into your soul. And I will continue to be in prayer for you as God heals your wounded heart and mind. But know that YOU ARE SET FREE!!!! 

It sounds as if you are suffering from Panic Attacks...a very real and scary condition; and one which I have suffered with for many years.

Mine were so bad that about 5 years ago I went to the Emergency Room 20+ times in one month thinking the same thing: "I'm having a heart attack."

My worries have decreased tremendously with prayer and my faith in the Lord. Although I am not cured, I can now enjoy activities, my job and do NOT have to take medications to control them anymore.

I have learned to control my Panic Attacks instead of my Panic Attacks controlling me...and I believe that my faith in the Lord and daily prayers have helped me get this far.

** Now remember, Panic Attacks are far different from general stress and worry (although Panic Attacks lead many to worry more).

I will spend the time to change my mind and

I suggest the following:

1. GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR! This is paramount in determining what, if anything, may be wrong. Fears can develop into debilitating phobias if left unchecked!

2. Turn to the Lord for strength.

3. GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!

Fear comes from Satan & you are believing his lies. The power that you have available to fight this fear is found in God's WORD. Praying alone is not working for you. Only God's WORD will give you the power you need to learn of his LOVE for YOU that will cast out all your fears.

Fear God & you will fear nothing else. Don't fear God & you will fear everything else.

Father, I pray that you would draw this fearful soul to your word & that your LOVE would conquer all the fears that plague this person each day. In Jesus Name.
