   Prayer Requests:
        Pray for Susan

Please, I have a prayer request:
A friend has a mass in her chest that was discovered a year ago on a cat scan. She has been unable to make herself follow through and call the surgeon. She says she wants to put her faith in God and not this dr. My reply was that God gave this dr the talent and wisdom to help her. She lives in constant fear and anxiety. Please pray Susan will call the dr. She also needs prayer for her spiritual life as she has stopped attending worship services. It's just to much of an effort she says right now.
Thank you for your prayers!

I prayed for Susan also. I prayed that Satan would release her from her fears and anxiety. I pray for courage for her to face this situation. I pray for complete healing and restoration of her sole. Please Lord, move upon Susan and give her wisdom to have this lump checked. She may have nothing to fear but it does need checking. Thank you for her friend bless her and give her words of encouragement. Bless you Jesus

After reading your prayer request for your friend, I had such an urgency to reply. Although your friend is able to make her own decisions about her own body, I do pray that you encourage her to follow through with her treatment. She's right that we all need to put our faith and trust in our dear Lord instead of in some man, however, sometimes the Lord works through the hands of the doctors.
On a more personal note, a very dear woman in my life felt a lump in her breast and didn't get it checked out for two years. When she finally did, it ended up being the worst and rarest type of breast cancer there is. For the last three years, she's fought for her life as the cancer has moved from her breasts (which were both removed), to her lymph, and finally to her bones. She's lost her hair a couple of times because of her different cancer treatments and she's in constant pain because of the "hot spots" of cancer throughout her body. When I talk to her, sometimes she brakes down and confesses that she feels foolish for not taking care of the lump in her breast when it was treatable. On the other hand, She also knows that God takes that bad and makes it good, so she also has confessed that she won't trade the depth of her relationship with Lord that this has brought her to.
So, know that I will be praying for the Lord's will to be done. missy-muff@excite.com

Please tell your friend Susan that I am going to pray for her tonight. I thank God that you are a dear friend to her and that you care so much about her that you would ask for prayer for her.

Dear Father God:
I thank you right now in the might Name of Jesus, for Susan's friend that is requeting prayer for her. Lord, you knew Susan while she was yet in her Mother's womb. You know how many hair's are on her head. Lord, please allow the Holy Spirit to minister to her spirit and let her know how much she is loved. I love her too. Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus I ask that you would lead Susan to God through Jesus Christ. That she would be obedient to your calling and that she will go the the hospital to see what exactly is the problem. Father God, I know that you are able to do anything. You are everything to me and I know that you hear this friend's cry. Father if Susan will not go to the hospital than I pray that you deal with her where she is at. Show her you love. I pray that not my will be done, but that thy will be done in her life. All these prayers and petitions that I bring before you in your son's name Jesus. Amen.
