I am thankful that you submitted your feelings to be prayed about. I would advise that you yourself earnestly pray about this matter and ask God to show you his will. I would also suggest taht you seek guidance from your parents or an adult from your church. Have you ever read any of Joshua Harris' books, "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" or "Say Hello To Courtship". I would suggest you and your friend both read them. 

Dear God please be this girl and her friend. Help her to seek You first in all she does. Let her not fall away from You and Your love. Let her and her friend have patience and if it is Your will let them one day be together. In Christ name I pray Amen.
