Seek prayer support for a normal/healthy baby


Dear friends, I am 32 and my husband is 37. We got married in July 2003 and both of us desperately want to have a baby. I conceived in Sep 2003 but miscarried (naturally) at about 9+ weeks, despite seeing a heartbeat (which is construed as a good sign). Needless to say, it caused a lot of heartache for both of us as also our parents. By the Grace of God, I am pregnant once again and am currently in the 9th week. As is the case with all women who are pregnant after a loss, I am very worried about any ache/pain and am not really able to enjoy my pregnancy. Only God can see us through this pregnancy and give us our bundle of joy. I request your prayer support for a safe pregnancy/delivery and a normal and healthy baby.

Father, I want first to thank You that Marie has conceived again. Praise You for the miracle of life. Lord, You see the fears in her heart - drive away those fears and replace them with Your peace. Let her experience Your peace which no one can give because You are a great and loving God. Father, I pray for a smooth pregnancy and that the baby will be healthy and will grow to full term. As Marie and her husband seek You, may they be enriched in their spiritual lives as well. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
