Hello sabgreen,

When God calls us, He also prepares us with adequate training. Paul was called at the road of Damascus [Acts 9:8] but it was many years after that that he fulfilled his calling. Paul was trained in Antioch and was sent out from Antioch as an apostle by the laying on of hands of the elders of the church of Antioch [Acts 13:2].

When God calls us, He will provide the way and the path. God does not call able men who will be faithful do to His work but faithful men whom God will anoint (or give supernatural ability) to do His work.

[2 Timothy 2:2]
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

We have to be faithful in the little things that He has called us to do, like be faithful in serving in whatever ministry He has placed us in the church. This is our training ground and our launch-pad into our future work.

Father in heaven,

Thank you for Sabgreen. I pray that You give her special wisdom and revelation as to the way that You want her to go. Father, teach her to trust in You and in Your provision. Lord, give her the training and the enabling and the anointing to do Your work. Give her supernatural confidence in Your ability to fulfill Your plans for her.
