I too suffer Depression at times which makes it very hard to get involved with ANYTHING. Even just a prayer is hard to do.
Father, There are times when it's all we can do to keep our focus on you and your word, but we know that even through the darkest times you are there to carry us through. Lord, I lift up this child to you and ask that you would grant them peace as you carry them throught this tough time. Lord lift their spirits and calm their soul as they come to you not knowing what to do or how to do it. Lead them Father in the way that you would have them to go, and help them to over come this depression that has clouded their mind body, and soul.Show them your hope and comfort daily Father as they meet each day head on. Bless them Lord as they seek to do your will and seek your face even when it feels hooopeless. As they draw nearer to you, Lord, fill their hearts with the joy that only comes through time with you. Father, bless this child and keep them safe in your love. Strengthen them daily and grant them the courage to follow through.
