"The good men perish, the godly die before their time and no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to realize that God is taking them away from the evil days ahead. For the godly who die shall rest in peace. [Isaiah 57:1-2]
Dear Lord,
In the midst of our tragedy, we have you O'Lord to build us up. It is in you Lord that we find strength and comfort. For you are the mighty Comforter, full of Grace and Love. I ask of thee Lord, that you lift up this family.
When a loved one departs from this world, there is pain that is left behind. But, dear Lord, there are memories. Let this family look to the memories that this person has left behind. Show them that this person still lives not only with you but, also in their very own hearts. Let them keep his spirit and his memory alive.
In Your Mighty Name,
You are the Alpha, the Omega, the beginning and the End. So when death comes, you have given us the priveledge of eternal life.
Amen.
