   Prayer Requests:
        Adjusting to life after Hospital

Hello

I have been speaking to my Dad and he has asked me to pray for him and I am asking you to pray for him also as he is in great need of your prayers.
My Mum is coming out of hospital after a long stay of 6 months she has been suffering from severe depression, the doctors are hopeful that she may be able to come home in about 3-4 weeks whilst this is extremly goods news for all of us it will be Dad who will need to adjust, give him patience and the right words to use to encourage mum in doing the little things such as folding clothes....
Please pray that God will help him in looking after Mum and provide him with the strength to carry out his role both with Mum and the strength to continue his work(gardener).

Please also pray for Mum as she returns home as I am sure this is going to be very frightning and she is going to feel very vulunable for some time pray that God bestows a sense of peace and confidence within her.

My father is a deacon at chapel and is worried how he will be able continue with these duties as he attends a prayer Meeting and the morning service and this is too long a time for Mum to sit through and he does feel able to leave her at home alone. Please pray for him.

Please also pray for the 4 daughters involved Susie (myself)Sarah Janice Pauline that we will be of help to Dad and Mum during this period of readjusting..
Many thanks

Take courage susie, as God is there for you.

Father, thank you for another day that you have given us. A day where we may praise and give thanks for your love, mercy, and your grace. Father, I thank you that when we call on your name, that you will hear us and answer us. Lord, I lift up this family to your loving care and lay them at the foot of the cross, and ask Lord, that you would give strength to them in the days to come. I ask that Father, you would comfort them when things get tough and would cradle them in your care. Father, I ask that you would give them wisdom in the care of their mother and wife, that you would show them what they need to know and grant them courage and strength they will need. Father, I ask that you would bless this family and would heal the brokenness and wilted spirits. I ask that you would send your spirit to heal the mother and bring peace to this family. Lord, God, I thank you for the work you are going to do in this family, and that your name will be praised and glorified through this healing and through this family. In the precious and worthy name of Jesus I pray, AMEN
God bless you all
In the love of Christ
