The bible says [Matthew 5:16]Let your light shine before men-that may se your good works and glorify you father which is heaven. [II Corinthians 10:5] Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. The word of God, commands us to do these things if we are christians. See you have the word of God to stand firm on. Don't condemn or judge the employees at your place of business(not assuming you are) Treat them with Kindness and let the love of Christ shine in your innerself. Pray for them constantly and consistently and cast out any thing that is contrary to the word of God. Allow the Love of God to change the hearts and mind of those who are not in his will.
Father, in Heaven Lord I thank you for this dear one who seems to be confused and unsure about their situation. That's why we call on you and others so that we can make intercession for those in need. Father, I ask that you give this person a holy boldness to speak your word, to rightly divide the word of God so that someone will be led to you. Father, I come against all negative forces that come to hinder and to confuse this person in the name of Jesus! Father, grant them wisdom and knowledge so that they will be able to deal with this situation according to the word of God. Where there is no peace, I ask that you send peace in the name of jesus! Lord let your will be done in this persons life. Let your holy spirit lead them and guide them into all truths in the mighty name of jesus! And father all the Glory and Honor belongs to You! Amen!
