Hello Janeice,

I don't think God restricts us from working outside the home. However, once we are married, we are to follow our husbands. What does your husband say about this? If he doesn't mind you getting a position outside the home and you would like to, then I don't see why you shouldn't. Unless you feel the inner witness telling you otherwise.

[Ephesians 5:23-25]
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

This is what I believe. I believe in the character of my God. God places certain desires in my heart and He has promised when I delight in Him, He will fulfill the desires of my heart. Whatever it is, pray, seek God and consult your husband.

I thank You for my wonderful sister here Janeice. I thank You for Your Holy Spirit which is always with us guiding us. I pray that You guide both Janeice and her husband in this area. I pray that Your perfect will be done in their lives.
