Lord Jesus, I lift this prayer up to you..and ask Lord that you help this person keep their eyes on you and you alone..Lord help them know that the power which is in them through Your Blood is greater than the power in the world..Jesus help this become true in their life that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Father just pour out your Holy Spirit on him/her and help them to seek you and resist satan..draw near to You and watch satan flee...in Jesus Holy name I pray...Amen 

The bible also says in (Phil.4:8) Think on that which is pure, holy and of good report. You also need your spiritual armour in place. Remove from your home all kinds of temptations.

Father, I lift this person to you and pray that you would give them the courage to submit yourself to God, resist the devil and see the victory in his life. Lord, help him/her think on all that is good, holy just, pure. Father, I give you the praise and the glory, In Jesus Name. Amen. 

The bible says resist the devil and he will flee. Don't allow the enemy to cause you to sin. Read [Galatians 5:19-25] Father God, I come against every evil force in the name of jesus, I bind all lustful demons and command to release this individual in the Mighty Name of Jesus! Father God evoke this individual with your holy spirit, give him the desire to turn his back on the devil in the name of Jesus! Give him a willingness and a desire to serve you! Give him the strength he needs to recieve a breakthrough if this is what his heart desire. Set him free from all works of iniquities in the name of Jesus! Restore to him the Love of God, Your Peace and give him a mind to serve you only in Jesus Name Amen!
