What did Jesus say? And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength....Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.[Mark12:30-31]

Concerning this love, Jesus taught that we also had to love our enemies. Then He wrapped it up by saying, Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect [Mat.5:43-48]

I, or any other Christian, has never reached this God-attainable perfection by ourselves. It is the work of God within us, changing us from strength to strength, from glory to glory. Read His Word diligently, pray diligently, and attend to your church.
