An individual, Jeremy Stroke-Daley, entered the website last week, and immediately, with provocation, began posting obscene jokes about the Lord's death, about Christians, and about the ideas and beliefs of our community. We were more than tolerant, and stayed the Upper Road. We asked him to cease, but he continued his verbal assault. Finally, we told him we were going to ban him, and 12 hours after his final insult, we did so (on November 27th). We believe Jeremy is writing from Australia. His messages usually are posted between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m., PST. He entered the community as Jempire Strokes Back, and continued his rude posting. We banned him at 2 a.m. (Nov. 28th). This morning, there were 8 new members, including ReturnoftheJerendi (same person) and others, presumably the same individual posting under different names, although it appears his friends may also be joining him. There were disturbing images, including male genitals, in addition to comments about female body parts and other vulgar terms. This is a community comprised, essentially of teens, although we have a member who just turned 10. This is outrageous, and I spent most of the morning deleting totally unacceptable language, and banning more "members". I've noticed that several will join as a member, and, after posting their obscenities, and mocking letters, remove themselves from the membership list.
