I'm so happy for you. Since you have posted the prayer request, I have been praying for you even though I did not post the reply up.

God always come through for us,not just emotionally but He gives us personal victory over every area of our lives.

Jesus said this:
[John 16:33]
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

I just want to share with you something that a friend shared with me to encourage you. She has been obese since childhood and has also unsuccessfully tried a lot of things to lose weight. One day, she attended a church and the pastor told the congregation that if they wanted to lose weight, God can help them. He asked them to pray and ask God and visualize how they want to look and gave them some other tips.

She was very encouraged and she did that. She would pray and every morning ask God to help her overcome any temptation (she loves junk food). She started exercising (instead of taking a cab to school, she would walk). She would frequently take walks around her house or move around a lot even when she is in the house. She also found that she lost desire for junk food. In 3 months, she lost more than 30 pounds.

That is the first thing I want to share and I do believe personally that God is not just interested in our spiritual life, He is interested in our emotional life, in our financial life, in our relationships and in every area of our lives. He is the only One who knows the number of hair on my head ... that is how much God loves me.

Okay, the second thing I want to share is about unusual miracles.

[Acts 19:11-12]
11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

A friend of mine attended a bible study and heard this testimony. At one of Carlos Annacondia's miracle rallies, one woman went up to be prayed for and she lost 30 over pounds instantly in front of everyone.

That is how great our God is, He fills teeth, I even heard of one case where a chipped off front tooth grew in front of others at Pastor Vernon Falls meeting ...

God is interested in our personal lives. We need to pray and believe and ask God to help us and I believe that He will, in His way, in His time but in due time, if we do not give up, it will surely come.
