Lord,
we bring Richard and Jean before you, in need of your guidance, loving kindness, and strength. Take them into your care Lord, and watch over them.
Bring to Richard the right believing lawyer who can defend him, as you would defend your children at our judgement.
Your scriptures teach us to be patient and persevering [James 5:7-12]. Teach Richard and Jean patience and perseverance now as they come before you.

We ask this in Your Name,

[James 5:13-15] Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheeful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
