Prayer Requests:
Please pray for my friends


Dear friends, As my brothers and sisters in Christ, I come to you with an urgent request. I have three friends that desperately need prayer. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with names nor the circumstances that each one is in, but God knows exactly who they are and what is going on in their lives. Would you please pray for them and ask the Lord to do whatever it takes to show them the wrong of their ways and to turn them back to Him? If you would be willing to do that for me, I would like to know about it; please send a message to prayer-request@staarage.ubishops.ca with the word "subscribe" (without the quotes) in the message body (please turn off your signature temporarily if you have one to avoid confusing the list server, or place the word "end" on the next line directly below "subscribe"). Heavenly Father.... just as You are with us in our time of need... be with these three friends. Lord, with them in my prayers, we are reminded of Your Word that comes to us: [Ecclesiastes 4:9-12] "Two are better than one, becase they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion..... Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? The one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken." Lord, with Your Word in our hearts, we lift these three up to You... they are not alone. With your guidance, they will not be overpowered. You are our third cord that binds us together, and will never be broken. And Lord, we thank You for friends like Todd... the ones who pray silently come to their friends with Your Unseen Strength and Love. In Your Name, Amen
