[Habakkuk 2:1] I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will WATCH to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. Why do we not just hear from God? Why do we watch? Because many times, God speaks to us through mental pictures, through impressions or through visions. We see something in our mind. How do we know whether what we see is from God? Financial stewardship -- mr_blansit For quite some time, I have felt very depressed and feel as though I've been in a malaise. Our family has paid our tithe off and on. We have recently begun to pay our tithe again. Please ask the Lord to help us to continue. Also, please ask the Lord to help us be good stewards of those things he places in our discretion. There are members of my family that I'd like to help financially but, I always seem to be in a financial crunch, even though we tithe. Please ask the Lord to give me the proper perspective on money, wealth, and possessions. Perfect health for my mom -- waihun Dear prayer warriors, My mom has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. We have already removed the lump by wide excision and now the doctor has suggested that we remove all the lymph nodes near her arm. We do not know what to do now because we are afraid that removal of the lymph nodes might be painful and traumatic for her. We are going to get a second opinion. Please pray for wisdom from the doctors that we approach and that we will have wisdom for the next step. The good news, however, is that through this experience, my mom accepted Christ.
