In this verse we can see that the answer is built into the verse. "...he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness..." Jerimiah 23:6 says, "...and this is the name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS."
The 'garments of our salvation' is the righteousness of Christ.
Romans 13:14 says, "But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ..."
