SO DOES THAT TELLS ME THAT ABOVE EARTH AND BEYOND THERE IS A SPIRITUAL EXISTANCE BETWEEN HEAVEN/EARTH? REV.12:1-17

Paul was "caught up into the 'third' heaven... (wheather in the body or out of it I do not know...)" so obviously there are more than one type of heaven... Maybe more than three??

I can think of first, our atmosphere of earth, second, where the planets are hung in their orbits..., third, the thrown room of God...

How many more can you think of??

Could be, but I believe the Psalmist is commanding the clouds to praise the Lord. See Genesis 1:7, the firmament which is our atmosphere, God named heaven Gen. 1:8. The clouds are the waters above the firmament or heaven.
