I will make them drunk in mine anger and I will bring down their strength to the earth Isaiah 63:6 One that is drunk totters and loses their mind and ability to reason effectively. The world drinks in the anger of God, God is angry with the wicked every day Psalm 7:11 For we are consumed by thine anger and by thy wrath are we troubled Psalm 90:7 How awful then is the anger of God when we see it daily in our papers and in the history of the world, especially as faithfully given in the word of God, ie the flood and Sodom and Gommorrah (excuse spelling) If these are but warnings what will the final judgements of God be to sinners in hell. To awful to contemplate. Men totter,institutions totter,nations totter and now we have moved into the concept of the global world(it was bound to come)this too will totter and especially in its role as a world trade and financial market. It will fall to the earth and its strength as God promices it will. As the kinddoms of the world have all done from the day of Nineva to the last great global idolatory, in what ever form that might take But hear this, for thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory for ever and ever ahmen.Matthew 6:13 and 1 Chronicles 29:11 Thine O lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory,and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the Kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted above all. (it would be worth your while reading on from that verse) Christian, this is your hope and a certain hope because this Kingdom is Christs Kingdom of which He is King and none other, and He will riegn forever and forever |
