   Verse Questions:
        Revelation 1:7

I like this verse because I can't wait to see Him when He comes back for His bride, however I am somewhat confused because my understanding is that at this time every eye will not see Him only those washed in the blood of the Lamb. When He returns to set up His kingdom on earth, the new Jerusalem, is when every eye shall see him. Please give me your insight so I may understand.

What it boils down to is this; Do we believe what the Bible says or no? It is clear--EVERY EYE WILL SEE HIM! "EVERY EYE" I don't know how but the Bible says it. This then means that there is NO ONE WHO WILL NOT KNOW OR WILL NOT SEE JESUS WHEN HE COMES!
What does this do to the doctrine of the 'SECRET RAPTURE'? You tell me, because I can't find that one in scripture.
And, yes, this is the end of this world as we know it. It then is most important that we prepare ourselves to be ready when He shall come to claim His own.

OK. I hate to break it to you but you won't see him coming... To be honest you don't want to see him coming... kinda like the bumper sticker says... Jesus is coming an boy is he mad... you will be with him when he comes... what you are referencing is his second coming when he is coming to set everything straight... we as believers will be "caught up" see 1st Cor. 15:51... I will shew you a mystery... the 7 mysteries is a very good study It will straighten out a lot of issues with false doctrine... we are to be caught up and meet him in the air and will "forever be with the Lord" isn't that comforting??? Now when we are gone the Holy Spirit will be taken out with us... thus he that lettith there are some verses that talk about the son of perdition being held back until this power is out of his way this power being the holy spirit. We will go to the marriage feast of the lamb as the bride...amen. Another interesting study is the guest at this feast their roles and who they are and it gets deeper and deeper.

You are correct in understanding this as the second coming of Christ. It is when he will come for His bride at the end of the tribulation of this age and we will meet him in the air and return with him to judge the world.

This is talking of the second coming of Christ. This will be at the end of the tribulation when every eye shall see Him [Revelation 19:11]. Those who are washed in the Blood will rise to meet him before the tribulation occurs, but that is not the second coming.
