grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ

There is a similar verse in which talks about grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

[Romans 12:3-6]
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith.

We have different gifts and God has given to me special gifts which may be different from others. He has also given me the grace and the anointing for the gifts but I have to also take a step forward. It is called faith. These gifts operate with me, walking with God in faith and in boldness.
